008: Embracing Endings: How To Befriend Death & Celebrate Completions

A timely solo Soul Share for the end of the year, in this episode I share on the theme of endings, completions, and death. How do we know when it’s time to let go, release what is, and complete cycles? Tune in for a raw and real musing on the beauty of endings.

The typical, programmed perception of death & endings makes it seem intimidating, something to be feared and perhaps even avoided at all costs. Yet, for when what looks, feels, or seems like eternal darkness, actually becomes your vehicle to the light of a new world.

What does it mean to live by the natural cycles of completions, to embrace life's seasonality? How does one die before you die? I cover all things from the concept of Ego Death, to making peace with the past, the wisdom (and necessity) of change, and modernizing ourselves in order to stay current with what’s true in our lives.
